To celebrate Alegría, our fully bilingual sacramental preparation program, we asked our National Bilingual Consultant for Faith Formation, Rosie Soto, to create a special prayer inspired by the joy, faith, and God’s everlasting love that are at the heart of the program.

Rosaura Soto

Rosaura “Rosie” Soto serves as National Bilingual Consultant for Faith Formation for Loyola Press, where she joyfully supports Hispanic Ministries and parishes nationwide through catechist training, retreats, and bilingual faith formation resources. Grounded in more than 40 years of ministry, Rosie brings a warm heart for accompaniment, parish life, and forming disciples in both English and Spanish. Her work is shaped by St. Ignatius spirituality, especially the invitation to find God in all things. Rosie holds a BA from San Diego State University, a Youth Ministry Credential, and is a Master Catechist in the Diocese of San Diego.
